Services

Sleek Siding FW provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including house washing, pressure washing, roof soft washing, gutter cleaning, and deck and fence washing in Fort Wayne and surrounding Allen County communities.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are free and no-obligation. Final pricing is based on the scope of work quoted. We do not charge additional fees without prior customer approval. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of a completed job, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to reclean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the original scope of work and normal conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to an exterior water spigot on the service date
• Close all windows and doors before service begins
• Remove or secure fragile outdoor items near the work area
• Notify us of any known pre-existing damage, repairs, or sensitive materials before service

Limitations

Sleek Siding FW is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions that exist prior to our service. We photograph all areas before beginning work. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions or customer-specified methods that differ from our professional recommendation.
